Self Service Transformation Programme with NatWest
4th July 2024Our build and fit-out team are set to replace 628 automated teller machines (ATMs) at 328 sites for NatWest Group, as part of a self-service transformation programme scheduled to run until July 2025.
The framework agreement covers sites in Northern Ireland, Scotland and the North of England, and includes branch ATMs at NatWest, RBS and Ulster Bank locations, as well as remote sites, such as petrol forecourts. This is an independent contract which will run alongside our existing main contractor framework agreement with NatWest Group.
The contract is shared with ISG who will be responsible for works in the South of England.
The transformational programme forms part of NatWest's broader strategy to modernise it's ATM infrastructure and streamline banking operations, providing an improved service for customers and access to enhanced features.
