Translink General Property Maintenance contract secured
13th June 2024Our Facilities Management team have secured a place on Translink’s General Property Maintenance Framework Lot 1 – Southern, over a four-year period.
Relating to all Translink properties, works will involve the delivery of construction and maintenance projects spread across various asset types, including railway and bus stations, warehouses, offices, retail units and all associated infrastructure and services.
The framework is divided into two geographical Lots, with Lot 1 covering all Northern Ireland sites in and south of Belfast.
