Michelin Road Warehouse

This warehouse unit on Michelin Road, Newtownabbey was completed by our Fit-out & Build team for client W.Hall.

Works were completed in a two-stage process, with phase one comprising of an internal strip-out and the associated demolition works. Followed by wall recladding and a brand new shopfront entrance installed.

New electrical supplies, including warehouse lights and emergency lighting, fire alarms and intruder alarms were also put in place, ready for the new tenants to take ownership.
