This project involved the full refurbishment and fit-out of a two-storey building, alongside extensive external works. The scope included a redesigned car park layout with over 170 new spaces, adjustments to fence lines, resurfacing, new drainage systems, street lighting, and line marking.
Following a complete strip-out, we delivered high-quality new facilities across both floors, including modern offices, a canteen, meeting rooms, and changing areas with showers. The works also incorporated new staircases, a lift installation, bespoke fitted furniture, and a full upgrade of M&E services.
A detailed value engineering exercise was carried out both prior to tender submission and after appointment, ensuring best value for the client.
Our carefully phased programme allowed an existing tenant to continue occupying the building throughout construction, removing the need and cost of a temporary relocation.
In addition, our team worked closely with communications providers to install multiple broadband lines, safeguarding Wiggle’s call centre operations from any disruption.
