Major Office Reconfiguration completed for CME Group

WorkSpace has delivered a major office consolidation and reconfiguration project for CME Group at its headquarters in Millennium House, Belfast.

CME Group’s operations were consolidated from three floors to two, creating a more efficient and collaborative workplace. WorkSpace managed and delivered a full programme of works, including extensive construction and fit-out, new meeting rooms, specialist technical spaces and upgrades throughout.

Key features also included a dedicated faith room with a private washroom and an IT Room, supporting both inclusivity and the CME Group's increased technical requirements.

Sustainability played an important role in the project, with all redundant furniture and materials donated to local schools and upcycled responsibly, reflecting our shared commitment to sustainability.

Delivered on time and within budget, the completed project showcases WorkSpace’s expertise in managing complex office reconfigurations for global clients, whilst ensuring minimal disruption in a live environment and increased value through considerate planning, collaboration, and attention to detail.
