Design & build project in the heart of London involving a complete reconfiguration and refurbishment of an existing office space.

The existing ITN Newsroom was stripped back to shell and fitted-out to provide office space, production and sound gallery, control, edit, studio, and meeting rooms with storage and break out areas. The new facilities offer improved, high-quality Grade A office accommodation arranged over basement, lower ground, ground and seven upper floors.

The site was located within an operational multi-tenanted building, and works were scheduled around the client’s media programming and filming across ITN, Channel 4 and Channel 5 outlets.
